Feel the Flow
Hi, we are Gaia and Stefano, our story begins in India, where we met and fell in love... with Ayurveda. After years of training and travel, this project was born in Tenerife and everything was born from the need to share our experience and that of our collaborators. Disseminate and apply targeted Eastern and Western integration concepts to prevention and psychophysical rebalancing.

Meet the Teachers
Instructor and personal trainer specialized in martial arts (Wing Chun) he expanded his training to become a holistic practitioner, completing certifications in Reiki, systemic family constellations and Ayurvedic massage. He furthered his studies in India, and then completed them at the Hridaya School of Ayurveda in Italy.
Stefano
Holistic operator specialized in Ayurveda, beautician, teacher and beauty specialist. She is an expert in natural facial and body treatments, oriental and western massage, systemic family constellations, dowsing methods, reiki, yoga, herbology and Ayurvedic cuisine.
Gaia

Graduated in Psychological Techniques and Sciences as well as studies of the psychology of the digestive tract. MCB Massage Therapist and specialises in Ayurveda Science. She collaborates with the University of Medicine of Varese Italy, in the field of oriental medicine.
